Note: If your car is Model S 2012-2013 or Model 3 2018-2021, please apply for a charging port modified wires from the Tesla official, and Model 3 2018-2021 need to apply the Gen4 ECU too.

5.The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the return shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
