How Long Does Shipping Take?

Domestic Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted. Typical transit time is approximately 4-7 business days after receiving cleared payment.
In Stock Parts will ship out immediately. Orders placed Friday Evening (after local shippers have cutoff for the day), Saturday, and Sunday will ship out first thing on the next Business Day.
Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the next business day.

What If My Package Is Lost?
Although we don't anticipate any issues, occasionally they do happen. Circumstances beyond our control sometimes conspire to deprive our customers of the parts that they have rightfully ordered and paid for, and we hate that. If your package has been lost or misplaced, let us know. We will do everything we can to find that order for you.

Return Policy Terms and Conditions

After receiving the item, contact seller within 30 days, and seller pays for return shipping.

Basic Criteria
We do not accept returned products that have already been installed, please contact customer service for replacement or refunds

All returns must include the following:
1.Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2.Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
3.All accessories (lubricant, stickers, installation instructions)
4.Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
5.The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the return shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

Basic Return Policy
The following policy applies to products still in new condition to be returned for a refund or replacement.

Unless otherwise stated below, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.

Defective Products under Warranty
The following policy applies to defective products that have been installed but are under warranty.

1.Defective products under warranty will be refund or replacement. The replacement will be the same product type and brand name as the returned defective product.

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.
