Model Compatibility:

Applicable to Tesla vehicles(excluding Cybertruck) with CCS2 (CCS2 Functionality) and NACS (NACS Functionality) support. CCS1 (CCS1 Functionality) is currently not supported.

These Discharge Device are also compatible with various electric vehicle brands, including Audi, Hyundai, and others, provided the vehicle's battery voltage is within the 290–450V range and supports the CCS2 charging protocol.

How to Check if a Vehicle is Equipped with CCS?

1.European Standard CCS2 Interface Models:

All factory-produced vehicles come with CCS functionality by default. No verification is needed.

2.North American Standard NACS Interface Models (2022.01+):

All factory-produced vehicles include CCS functionality. No verification is required.

3.North American Standard NACS Interface Models (Before 2022.01):

• These vehicles do not come with CCS functionality from the factory.
• However, a small number of customers may have installed it as an aftermarket upgrade.
• Verification is required since not all vehicles have this feature.

• What if my Tesla doesn’t support CCS charging?

5. Can Tesla lock this product?
   This product operates on a charging protocol, and when in use, the vehicle's control interface will display "Charging." Tesla cannot lock this product.

6. Is this product compliant with local standards?
   This product's communication protocol complies with local standards, including GB/T 15118 and GB/T 70121 charging protocols. When using this product, the backend records it as a charging activity, thus it will not affect your warranty or locking.

7. Can this product be updated?
   Yes, this product has a system upgrade feature and comes with a standard memory card. If future adaptations are needed, new firmware can be sent via email for users to upgrade the system themselves.
