And pull the rod out.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv id=\"pastingspan1\" style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 14pt;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 20px;\"\u003eRemove the upper 10 mm bolt from the inside of the handle.
